We have several group runs a week, with Monday and Wednesday having two options of morning or evening.

Hill Workout | Astoria Park, bottom Great Lawn | Typically we run 10 hill loops totaling a little over a 5K, but you can do more or fewer loops and run them as easy or hard as you’d like. |

Track Session | Astoria Park Track (inside the track across from the skate park and exercise equipment) | Repeat based workouts, such a 10 x 400m repeats or 3 x 8 minutes with 2 minute rest. We split into 3 separate pace groups of similar ability. |

Easy Run | Astoria Park Track (across from restrooms) | A casual run looping around Astoria Park. Great to use as a recovery run after Wednesday's track session. |
| Saturday 9:00 AM (Oct - May) and 8:00 AM (Jun - Sep) |
Group Run | Astoria Park Track (in front of the track field house building) | Alternating destinations including Roosevelt Island, Randall's Island via the Triboro, and into Manhattan via the Queensboro Bridge. These runs can be as long or as short as you want! |
