We have several group runs a week, with Monday and Wednesday having two options of morning or evening.

6:15 AM and 7:30 PM

Hill Workout Astoria Park, bottom Great Lawn

Typically we run 10 hill loops totaling a little over a 5K, but you can do more or fewer loops and run them as easy or hard as you’d like.
Wednesday

6:00 AM and 7:30 PM

Track Session Astoria Park Track (inside the track across from the skate park and exercise equipment)

Repeat based workouts, such a 10 x 400m repeats or 3 x 8 minutes with 2 minute rest. We split into 3 separate pace groups of similar ability.
Thursday

7:30PM

Easy Run Astoria Park Track (across from restrooms)

A casual run looping around Astoria Park. Great to use as a recovery run after Wednesday's track session.
Saturday

9:00 AM (Oct - May) and 8:00 AM (Jun - Sep)

Group Run Astoria Park Track (in front of the track field house building)

Google Maps

Alternating destinations including Roosevelt Island, Randall's Island via the Triboro, and into Manhattan via the Queensboro Bridge. These runs can be as long or as short as you want!
